I have been teaching music in one capacity or another for more than thirty years including orchestras, musicals, choirs, accompaniment, and private piano. But my focus for the last fifteen years has been on group lessons for younger learners – they are my jam! I love being my students’ first exposure to formal music lessons and take seriously my role in fostering a lifelong love of music of all types and a curiosity to learn more. I’m especially passionate about helping my students find their individual strengths and educating parents on how they can help their child be successful outside of my classroom. If a child leaves my studio being unable to imagine a life without music, I have done my job!
