Monthly Meetings
Our meetings provide not only professional development, but also a chance to build relationships, share ideas, and find encouragement among a supportive community of colleagues. Whether you’re new to teaching or a seasoned educator, you’ll find inspiration and camaraderie here.
Christmas Brunch & Socials
BAMTA values connection and community, and our social events are a special part of that. Each December, members gather for a festive Christmas Brunch—a beloved tradition that offers a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy good company. Throughout the year, additional social gatherings provide opportunities to connect outside of meetings, build friendships, and strengthen our network of dedicated music educators.
MTNA Certification and Development
Earning MTNA Professional Certification demonstrates a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and continued growth as a music educator. Certified teachers gain credibility and recognition within the teaching community. The certification process also encourages reflective teaching and provides tools to strengthen both studio management and pedagogical skills. BAMTA encourages all members to pursue this valuable professional milestone.
