As the founder and lead instructor for the Boulder Piano Studio, Susan Rudosky has a passion for teaching and performing. She has a Master of Music Degree in Piano Pedagogy from CU, Boulder and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. In addition to being a master piano teacher, Mrs. Rudosky is an accomplished piano performer, accompanist and also plays the flute and organ.

Mrs. Rudosky, an enthusiastic teacher of children and adults, began teaching piano at the CU Music School’s Community Preparatory program, followed by two years each at Lewis & Clark College and Marylhurst College both in Portland, OR. Mrs. Rudosky was a senior piano faculty member at the Punahou Music School \ Punahou School, Honolulu, HI for more than two decades before returning to Boulder in 2013.

In addition to being a member of Boulder Area Music Teachers Association, Mrs. Rudosky is a member of the Colorado Pace Teachers Association; International Piano Teaching Foundation; Music Teachers National Association; Delta Omicron Professional Music Fraternity; PEO (women’s organization promoting educational opportunities for women). She has served as a board member and officer for the Hawaii Music Teachers Association; and has adjudicated piano competitions for HMTA and the Oregon Music Teachers Association.
