I teach children and adults in my home studio in Longmont. I love working with people one on one and tailoring my curriculum to meet each student’s strengths, needs, and desires. Lessons include music reading, rhythm and movement, listening skills, technique, theory, and a wide variety of high quality, motivating music. I believe joy should be present at every level of growth.

I draw from Dalcroze Eurhythmics to bring movement and vitality into lessons, the Taubman Approach to develop a healthy technique, and the Alexander technique to cultivate awareness and deep listening. I have a master’s degree in piano performance from UW-Madison and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
