CJ Heck is a piano teacher based in Louisville, Colorado. She began playing as a young child, and has been passionate about music ever since. In 2019, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Luther College, where she won multiple scholarships for both her solo and collaborative piano playing.
CJ teaches students of all ages and skill levels and is known for being a positive, patient, and insightful teacher. Her lessons focus on music theory, note reading, and technique, with an emphasis on classical repertoire – while also incorporating familiar favorites such as popular movie themes and top hits.
In addition to teaching, CJ plays piano for churches, choirs, weddings, and events. In her free time, she enjoys learning the cello, studying jazz theory, and spending time in nature!
